Complete Rules




1. General Introduction, definitions and explanation


1.1 The Rules are the Terms and Conditions constituting and governing the contractual relationship, stated herein, and which the parties, as stated herein, contractually agree upon.

1.3 An Account Holder is an individual having an account with the software.

1.4 An "Account" is an account held by an Account Holder, for bona fide transactions, with a main aim to establish a normal commercial relationship with the Company and with the main purpose of conducting betting and other gaming and gambling transactions.

1.5 The Contract is the contractual relationship between the Company and an Account Holder, basically constituted and governed by "the Rules", i.e. "the Terms and Conditions".

1.6 The Governing Authorities are the European Court.

1.7 The Governing Law is the law of the UK.

1.8 The Place of the Contract is Europe.

1.9 The Site is the Internet gateway, accessible through the Internet where all current and relevant information regarding the Company's operation is published.

1.10 A Credit Card refers to all types of cards with a function of "payment", "charge", "debit", "credit" and/or similar.

1.11 A Payment Solution Provider is an intermediary acting as a payment agent.

1.12 A Financial Institution is a bank and/or other institution regulated by an applicable domestic financial services act or similar



2. Account Rules



2.1 An individual applying for an Account acknowledges and accepts:


2.2 All definitions and stipulations, as stated or herein;

2.3 The Rules as currently published on the Site, as well as any possible future changes to the Rules;

2.4 That the Place of the Contract is the UK; and

2.5 That the Contract is governed by:(A) The Rules, as published in English.(B) Decision by the Governing Authorities.(C) The Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.

2.6 The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, at all times, to

2.7 Decline to open an account and/or to close an existing Account, without any explanation whatsoever;

2.8 Decline to accept deposits without any explanation whatsoever;

2.9 Suspend and/or cancel the participation of an Account Holder in promotional activities, competitions or other services, whenever the Company opinions there are legitimate concerns that an Account is used for illegal, fraudulent or dishonest practices.

2.10 Request documents to verify identity, authorisation to use a specific Credit Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals;

2.11 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, data regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by us.,

2.12 subject to the Company guaranteeing that the said data at all times is transferred and managed in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar.

2.13 Transfer and/or license, without prior notice, the rights and the liabilities regarding an Account Holder to any other legal entity, in any country, ultimately managed and controlled by us subject to guaranteeing the liabilities being honoured.

2.14 Hold and manage funds belonging to Account Holders in accordance with generally accepted guidelines for cash management regarding such funds; this may include a Financial Institution and/or

2.15 a Payment Solution Provider being entrusted to hold funds in the name of and/or for the benefit of Account Holders;

2.16 Forfeit and/or confiscate funds available on an Account and/or refuse to honour a claim, in the event that, directly or indirectly, The Rules have been violated and/or other unauthorised activities have occured in connection with a betting event and/or the operation of an Account.

2.17 This is subject to any of the said events being in connection with the Account and/or the claim in question.

2.18 Hold back payments to arbitrage and colluded bets until satisfied that all deposits made are valid and non-refundable -In particular with credit card deposits.

2.19 An individual applying to become an Account Holder warrants and represents not to be under the age of 18 years.



2.20 An Account Holder warrants and represents, at all times, not to be:


2.21 From countries where Internet betting is illegal for the client;

2.22 Restricted by limited legal capacity;

2.23 Acting on behalf of another party;

2.24 Classified as a compulsive gambler;

2.25 Depositing monies originating from criminal and/or other un-authorised activities;

2.26 Depositing monies through a Credit Card which the Account Holder is not authorised to use and/or utilising a Credit Card in a jurisdiction in which betting and gaming are prohibited;

2.27 Conducting criminal activities whereby an Account is directly or indirectly involved; and/or

2.28 Holding an active account with another legal entity which is part of the same group as us, meaning other entities being, directly or indirectly, controlled by us.



2.29 The Company warrants and represents, at all times, to:


2.30 Manage funds belonging to Account Holders in a secure and appropriate manner; and/or

2.31 Absorb the cost of, and pay, the Betting Duty, as applicable.

2.32 Manage data regarding an Account Holder in accordance with applicable laws, data protection acts and/or similar situations.

2.33 An Account is opened, held and settled in a currency as agreed between us and an Account Holder. The bookmaker calculates and settles all matters involving exchange rates in accordance with recognised financial institutions at currently applicable exchange rates.

2.34 Differences may occur between agreed amounts and recorded amounts due to variances between exchange rates.

2.35 An Account does not accrue interest unless negotiated.

2.36 An Account Holder can only hold one Account at a time unless specifically authorised by the Company in writing.

2.37 Any claim regarding a transaction in conjunction with an Account shall be made to us within 6 months after the transaction, payment and/or settlement took place, or should have taken place, otherwise we reserves the right at its own discretion to not disregard the claim.

2.38 Any legal dispute regarding a transaction in conjunction with an Account that cannot be solved by the Rules, including, but not limited to the right of the Company, at its own discretion, at all times, to resolve any disputes, in accordance with principles of equity,

2.39 shall be settled in accordance with the Governing Law of the Place of the Contract.


3. Payment Rules


3.1 Deposits to, and withdrawals from, an Account shall at all times be made through a Financial Institution. Procedures, terms and conditions may vary from time to time, as well as between different countries and different Financial Institutions.

3.2 Current advice is available when logged in on the Site under the headings "Deposit" or "Withdrawal".

3.3 The Company may appoint a Payment Solution Provider to act, receive deposits, hold and manage funds, and/or process withdrawals, on behalf of the Company.

3.4 We can accept cash funds sent or delivered directly to us or a Payment Solution Provider as long these have been sent by registered mail. This is at the senders risk.

3.5 An Account Holder may only make a deposit with a Credit Card registered in their own name.

3.6 Withdrawals from an Account are made through payments addressed to the Account Holder or transferred to a bank account held in the name of the Account Holder, as advised by the Account Holder.



3.7 The Company does not charge any fees for withdrawals:


3.8 subject to withdrawals being a minimum of: N$100.

3.9 For withdrawals contrary to the above stipulations, we may charge, at its own discretion, the following fees for each currency: N$10.

3.10 Placing a bet through the Internet may be illegal in the jurisdiction in which an Account Holder is resident and/or domiciled; if so the Account Holder is not authorised to use a Credit Card for the purpose of placing a bet. Please contact our support if you think you may be affected.

3.11 Deposit money cannot be withdrawn.

3.12 Maximum withdrawal is N$100,000.00 per day and N$200,000.00 per month.


4. Security Rules


4.1 We uphold strict confidentiality regarding all relations with an Account Holder. This can only be breached by a decision deriving from the Governing Law and/or in the event of an Account Holder violating the Rules

4.2 An Account Holder is given a personal account number. The Account Holder chooses a password and username. It is an Account Holder's own responsibility not to share this information.

4.3 If the Account Holder has reason to believe that others have become party to this information, the Account Holder should immediately contact our Customer Service and a new password will be issued.

4.4 All telephone communications between Account Holders and the Company are recorded for security, training purposes and/or accounting purposes.

4.5 All Internet communications are kept on record for accounting purposes.

4.6 Credit Card deposits may, from time to time, be partially and/or fully declined subject to certain security systems managed in collaboration with a Payment Solution Provider and/or a Financial Institution.

4.7 Such security measures may decline legitimate Credit Cards, which nevertheless, at a particular time, it is not possible to process.

4.8 Our personnel do not control the said systems, nor have they any knowledge, of the reasons for any deposits being declined.

4.9 We may request documents to verify identity and/or authorisation to use a specific Credit Card and/or other facts provided by the Account Holder, before expediting deposits and/or withdrawals; this may cause slight delays.


5. Betting Rules



5.1 Definitions:


5.2 A Bet is the amount placed as a stake.

5.3 A Win is the gross amount, including the stake, paid after the outcome of a match or an event.

5.4 Net Winnings is a Payout minus a Bet.

5.5 Match is where it is possible to Bet on the outcome of a match or event. Bet is valid for full time unless otherwise stated.

5.6 Handicap is where it is possible to Bet on the outcome of a match or event, governed by a handicap. Bet is valid for full time unless otherwise stated.

5.7 Correct Score is where it is possible to Bet on the correct score on a match or event. Bet is valid for full time unless otherwise stated

5.8 Outright is where it is possible to Bet according to a specific outright offer.

5.9 Over/Under is where it is possible to Bet on the outcome of a match or event, defined by us, which forms part of an officially organised event or match. Bet is valid for full time if nothing else is stated.

5.10 Odd/Even is where it is possible to Bet on the outcome of a virtual match or event, defined by the Company, which forms part of an officially organised event or match. "Odd" is 1,3,5 etc.; "Even" is 0,2,4 etc. Bet is valid for full time if nothing else is stated.

5.11 Score- Where you can bet on either both teams to score as a 1 or anything else as a 2

5.12 Total Goals -Where 1=0-1 Goals X=2-3 Goals and 2=4+ Goals scored in a 90 minute match.

5.13 Head-to-Head and "Triple-Head" are where it is possible to Bet on the outcome of a virtual match or event, defined by us, which forms part of an officially organised event or match.

5.14 Influence Betting or rigging is an act, prohibited by us, where an Account Holder, or parties acting in association with an Account Holder, can influence the outcome of a match or an event - directly or indirectly.

5.15 Syndicate Betting is an act, prohibited by us, where an Account Holder, or parties acting in association with an Account Holder, evades the Rules - directly or indirectly.

5.16 Error is a mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, technical hazard, registration error, transaction error, manifest error, Force Majeure and/or similar.

5.17 The Result is the official result as first declared by the governing association of the match or the event, as the full time result, notwithstanding the match or event being shortened, later changes of the official result and/or Errors.

5.18 Participant is an object constituting part of an event. In "Head-to-Head" and "Triple-Head" Participants only refer to objects which are subject to the "Head-to-Head" or "Triple-Head" event in question.

5.19 Livebetting is where it is possible to Bet during an ongoing match or event. We do not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it not possible to place a Bet, the Cash In function is not available or the live score update is not correct.

5.20 At all times it is the clients responsibility to be aware about the match result.

5.21 Neutral Ground or similar information is considered as added information but the company does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if any neutral venues are not correct or not listed as such. At all times it is the clients responsibility to be aware about the match venue.

5.22 Half time/Full time is where it is possible to Bet on the result in half time and the outcome of the match. Bet is void if the match is played in a different time format. Bet is valid for full time if nothing else is stated.

5.23 Special bet offers as first goal scorer, first corner, first penalty, first throw-in, half time result and similar bet offers are considered as valid bets even though the match or event at a later stage is abandoned or there is no official result.


6. A Bet:


6.1 Can only be placed by an Account Holder;

6.2 Can only be accepted through the Internet , terminal or by phone unless other arrangements have been agreed;

6.3 Is valid only after the Company has accepted the Bet and the Account Holder has confirmed the Account Holder's wish;

6.4 A Bet confirmed by the Account Holder cannot later be changed or cancelled, unless declared void;

6.5 Is debited to the Account of the Account Holder;

6.6 Cannot be made in excess of the amount held in credit on the Account;

6.7 Is made at the fixed odds at the time of acceptance by the Company, unless otherwise stated;

6.8 On Head-to-Head and Triple-Head is made at the fixed odds at the time of acceptance by us, subject to all participants in the Head-to-Head or Triple-Head starting;

6.9 Is always accepted at the Company's discretion; and

6.10 The amount can be limited at our discretion.

6.11 Match betting allows singles as a minimum and ten-folds as a maximum, unless other arrangements have been agreed.

6.12 Handicap betting allows singles as a minimum and ten-folds as a maximum, unless other arrangements have been agreed.

6.13 Correct Score betting allows singles as a minimum and ten-folds as a maximum unless other arrangements have been agreed.



6.14 Net Winning, in one or more Bets, involving an identical outcome, is limited as follows:


6.15 Net Winnings from your bet(s) through the Internet, may not exceed N$400,000.00

6.16 Net Winnings from your bet(s) through telephone, may not exceed N$200,000.00. If Bet(s) in excess of the aforementioned limits are accepted in Error, the excess will be disregarded unless other arrangements have been explicitly agreed.

6.17 Irrespective whether the aforementioned limits are reached or not, the amount accepted for Bet(s) can be limited, prior to acceptance, at our discretion.

6.18 A bet can be declared void, and is in that event, settled with the odds of 1.00.



6.19 A Bet is declared void:


6.20 On an abandoned match or event, where a Result has not been declared within 36 hours; or within 12 hours for Baseball;

6.21 On a cancelled or a postponed match or event, which within 36 hours after the scheduled start time has not been started; or within 12 hours for Baseball matches;

6.22 On a Handicap match or event where the outcome is a tie, including the handicap;

6.23 On a Head-to-Head and/or Triple-Head where at least one participant is non-starters; and/or

6.24 On a Head-to-Head or a Triple-Head where all participants are disqualified or fail to complete.

6.25 A Bet made as an accumulative bet, shall remain valid, notwithstanding a match or an event which is part of the accumulative Bet being void.



6.26 The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, to declare a Bet void, totally or partly, if it is obvious that:


6.27 Bets have been offered, placed and/or accepted due to any error;

6.28 Bets have been placed after the event has started;

6.29 Syndicate Betting has occurred;

6.30 Influence Betting has occurred; and/or

6.31 A Result has been affected by criminal actions - directly or indirectly.


6.32 If two or more Participants share finishing positions, the odds are divided by the number of participants sharing those certain positions and settled accordingly.

7. A win is credited to the Account of the Account Holder.


7.1 The Company reserves the right, at its own discretion, to adjust a win credited to an Account if it is obvious that the win has been credited to an Account due to an Error.

7.2 The Company reserves the right, from time to time, to adjust, amend and adopt special rules, subject to special conditions, applicable for particular matches or events that may be contradictory to the Betting Rules as above.

7.3 Those special rules may either be published herein, under the heading "Special Rules" or in conjunction with published odds for those particular matches or events.

7.4 In the event of ambiguity, priority is as follows:(1) A Rule published in conjunction with an offer.(2) A Rule published under the heading Special Rules.(3) A Rule published under the heading Betting Rules.


8. Special Rules



8.1 American Football:


8.2 A Bet on American Football is determined on the basis of the Result after so called extra (over) time, subject to not less than 55 minutes having been played.A Bet is void in the event that less than 55 minutes have been played.



8.3 Baseball:


8.4 A Bet on baseball is determined on the basis of the Result. A Bet is void in the event that the Result is declared tied.

8.5 A Bet on Over/Under is void if less than 8,5 innings have been completed.

8.6 The name of the so-called starting pitcher has no relevance on how the Bet is settled.

8.7 A Bet is declared void on a cancelled or postponed Match, which has not started within 12 hours after the scheduled start time.



8.8 Basketball:


8.9 A Bet on Basketball is determined on the basis of the Result after so-called extra (over) time.



8.10 Golf:


8.11 Outright & Place betting (including Top nationality markets);

8.12 Bets placed before the Monday of the week of the tournament will not be refunded if the player does not start.

8.13 Bets placed on or after the Monday of the week of the tournament will be refunded if the player does not start

8.14 Bets on players who start the tournament but then later withdraw will be settled as losing bets.

8.15 Play-offs will determine the tournament winner.

8.16 Dead heat rules apply for Place betting

8.17 Bets will be settled on the official result as long as 36 holes have been completed by the field.

8.18 Best Finishing Position Head-to-Head and Group betting;

8.19 The winner will be the player with the best finishing position at the end of the tournament.

8.20 If all listed players miss the cut the player with the lowest score at the cut will be deemed the winner.

8.21 In the event of a tie, Head-to-heads will be void if no tie is offered.

8.22 Group betting will be settled with dead heat rules applying.

8.23 If a player in the Head-to-Head or Group betting not tee off all bets are declared void.

8.24 18 holes betting;

8.25 In 2/3-ball betting the winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes.

8.26 If a player in the 2/3-ball does not tee off all bets in that 2/3-ball are declared void.

8.27 Bets on players who tee off but withdraw during the round will be settled as losing bets.

8.28 If the event of a tie, 2-ball bets will be declared void if no tie is offered.

8.29 3-ball will be settled with dead heat rules applying.

8.30 If a player is disqualified his opponent will be deemed the winner unless play in the next round has started in which case bets will be settled on the original scores.

8.31 If both/all players are disqualified bets will be void unless play in the next round has started in which case bets will be settled on the original scores.

8.32 To make/miss the Cut betting;

8.33 If a player is disqualified or withdraws before the cut is made he will be deemed to have missed the cut.

8.34 If a player is disqualified or withdraws after the cut is made he will be deemed to have made the cut.

8.35 A bet is valid until the round is played, unless other arrangements have been agreed.

8.36 Bet offers already decided are considered as valid bets even though 36 holes are not played in the tournament



8.37 Horse Racing (Turf & Trotting):


8.38 Head-to-Head Bet where at least one horse completes the race is determined on the basis of the declared official result.

8.39 A Head-to-Head Bet where both horses fail to get an official result is declared void.

8.40 A Head-to-Head Bet where both horses are recorded with the same official time is determined on the basis of which horse is notified in the Result as ahead of the other horse;.

8.41 if it is impossible to determine whether one horse is ahead of the other horse, on the basis of the Result, the Bet is declared void.

8.42 A Head-to-Head and/or Triple Head bet is declared void in the event that

8.43 All Participating horses fail to complete the race; and/or

8.44 None of the participating horses are awarded any prize money.



8.45 Motor Racing (excluding Speedway):


8.46 Head-to-Head Bet, where at least one of the participants does not take part in the race after the warm-up lap is completed, is declared void.

8.47 Head-to-Head Bet where both Participants fail to complete the race is determined on the basis of the most laps completed.

8.48 Head-to-Head Bet where both Participants fail to complete the race, and are recorded for the same number of laps is declared void.

8.49 A Bet on F1 qualifying is determined on the basis of grid position immediately after the qualifying session. Time penalties during the qualifying session as specified by FIA count. Other grid demotions/promotions are disregarded

8.50 Tennis, Table-tennis and Badminton

8.51 A bet is valid if at least one set is completed, otherwise the bet is declared void.

8.52 A bet is valid until the match is played, unless other arrangements have been agreed.

8.53 If a player forfeits a match after the first set is completed set betting will be settled as the winner won all the remaining sets.



8.54 Beach Volleyball:


8.55 A match has to be completed for bets to stand.


9. Miscellaneous


9.1 All references in the Rules to the singular shall include the plural and vice versa, and all references to "the" shall include "a/an" and vice versa.


10. Disclaimer


10.1 The Rules as published from time to time in English govern this Contract. Translations into other languages are made as a service and are made in good faith.

10.2 However, in the event of ambiguity between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translations.

10.3 Account Holders are advised to comply with applicable legislation in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.

10.4 The Copany does not provide advice to Account Holders regarding tax and/or legal matters.

10.5 Account Holders that wish to obtain advice regarding tax and legal matters are advised to contact appropriate advisors and/or authorities in the jurisdiction in which they are domiciled and/or resident.



10.6 The Company does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever for damage to an Account Holder and/or a third party caused directly and/or indirectly due to any:


10.7 Mistake, misprint, misinterpretation, mishearing, misreading, mistranslation, spelling mistake, fault in reading, transaction error, technical hazard, registration error, manifest error, Force Majeure and/or any other similar event;


11. Violation of the Rules;


11.1 Criminal Actions;

11.2 Advice provided by the Company

11.3 Financial risk and loss, including, but not limited to variances in exchange rates; and/or

11.4 Legal actions and/or other remedies.


12. The Company reserves the right, at all times, to resolve any disputes, at its own discretion, in accordance with principles of equity.


12.1 In the event that the Company is found liable in any way, by a court of law and/or a similar authority, with legal competence and/or jurisdiction over the Company, then the liability is limited to the amount of the Stake, or the Net Winnings, whichever is the lesser.

12.2 Alternatively, when relevant and applicable, the amount recorded in the Account or the amount transfered into or out of the Account, whichever is the lesser.


13. Privacy Policy


13.1 The Company adheres to the Data Protection Act, other relevant regulations, legal notices and/or similar at the Place of the Contract taking account of the Data Protection Directive (EC Directive 95/46/EC) and the Electronic Communications Privacy Directive (EC Directive/2002/58/EC).

13.2 Furthermore, te Company has adopted best practice when it comes to the principles of e-mail communication with Account Holders.



13.3 All the aforementioned is in place in order to assure Account Holders that at all times personal data is:


13.4 processed fairly and lawfully;

13.5 processed in accordance with the rights of the Account Holder concerned;

13.6 obtained only for a specific and lawful purpose;

13.7 adequate, relevant and not excessive to its purpose;

13.8 accurate and updated;

13.9 kept in a secure manner;

13.10 not kept longer than is necessary for its purpose;

13.11 not transferred to jurisdictions not adhering to the aforementioned Directives; and

13.12 is utilised for marketing purposes based on the so called opt-in principle.

13.13 The Company discloses personal data when ordered to do so by order of the Governing Authorities and/or under provision in the Governing Law.

13.14 Furthermore, the Company reserves the right to disclose personal data to relevant recipients when it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregularities that involve an Account.

13.15 Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") The Company reserves the right to process personal data for CRM purposes. However, only Account Holders that have agreed to the so-called opt-in will receive marketing material.

13.16 The Account Holder has the right to require access to the Account Holder's own personal data and/or has the right to correct and/or erase wrong and/or inappropriate data.
